Import from ProductRoad

UserJot includes a direct import flow for ProductRoad. You connect your ProductRoad account with an API token, review how boards should map into UserJot, and then start the import.

Import from ProductRoad

  1. Open Settings in your workspace, then go to Data & Import.

  2. In the Import section, click Import from ProductRoad.

  3. Enter your ProductRoad API token and continue.

  4. Review how ProductRoad boards should map to boards in UserJot, including the default board for anything that does not map directly, then select Import.

  5. Confirm the import and select Import Submissions to start it.

What this import covers

The ProductRoad flow is simpler than CSV and Nolt because it focuses on board mapping instead of walking you through field-by-field setup.

Once the connection succeeds, UserJot shows the available ProductRoad boards so you can decide where each one should land in your workspace.

Before you start

Have your ProductRoad API token ready before opening the import flow. UserJot uses that token to connect to ProductRoad and load the available data.

After you confirm the import, the migration starts in the background. You do not need to stay on the page while it runs.
