Import from Nolt

UserJot includes a direct import flow for Nolt. You connect your Nolt board with its board URL and API token, choose where the imported posts should go, and then confirm the import.

Import from Nolt

  1. Open Settings in your workspace, then go to Data & Import.

  2. In the Import section, click Import from Nolt.

  3. Enter your Nolt board URL and your Nolt API token.

  4. Choose which board in UserJot should receive the imported posts, then review the status mapping.

  5. Confirm the import and select Import Submissions to start it.

What makes the Nolt import different

Unlike the Canny flow, the Nolt importer asks for both a board URL and an API token. That combination tells UserJot which Nolt board to connect to and which data to import.

The importer then asks you to choose a target board in UserJot and map any statuses that come from Nolt so the imported feedback fits your current workflow.

Before you start

Have both the board URL and API token ready before opening the import flow. UserJot uses the board URL to locate the source board and the token to access the data.

If your Nolt statuses do not line up exactly with your UserJot workflow, you can adjust the mapping during setup and refine statuses later if needed.
