Customize branding

Branding helps your public UserJot pages feel like part of your product instead of a separate tool. You can update the name, logo, colors, and other public-facing settings from one place.

Customize branding

  1. Open Settings in your workspace, then go to Branding.

  2. Update the settings you want to change. The page is split into three sections: Brand holds your logo and workspace name, Appearance holds Primary color and Theme, and Public board holds Language and the attribution toggle.

  3. If you want to upload a new logo, select the current logo in the Brand section and choose your image file. UserJot supports common image formats, including PNG, JPG, and SVG.

  4. If your plan supports it, turn on Hide "Powered by" in the Public board section to remove UserJot attribution from your public pages.

  5. Select Save under the Brand section to apply logo and name changes. Everything else on the page, including color, theme, language, and attribution, saves immediately when you change it.

Keep it simple

Keep the branding simple and recognizable. In most cases, using your product name, your main logo, and one brand color is enough.

It is also worth checking how your choices look together before you finish. A logo that looks good in one context may feel too small or too busy on a public feedback page.

Plan limits

Most branding controls are available on every plan. The exception is Hide "Powered by", which requires the Professional plan.
