Sleekplan has sold feedback boards since 2020, with a free plan, a changelog, surveys, and a price that starts at $13. It also has unlimited users, with a meter on everything they see, a free plan without a roadmap, AI that runs on credits and stops when they're gone, and more product than most teams will configure.
The users are unlimited; what reaches them is not
Free: 1,000 announcement views and 500 emails a month; add-ons from $38
Sleekplan counts announcement views, popup views, and emails, each with a monthly allowance by plan. The free plan gets 1,000 announcement views and 500 emails a month and no popups. Starter, at $13 a month billed yearly, gets 10,000 views, 5,000 popups, and 2,000 emails. Business, at $38, gets 30,000, 10,000, and 10,000, and is the only plan that can buy more. The block prices are shown inside the billing screen, not on the pricing page.
The free plan stops before the roadmap
Roadmap from $13; one admin on Free
Sleekplan's free plan has the feedback board and the changelog. The public roadmap starts on Starter, at $13 a month billed yearly, and the pricing page listed it on the free plan as recently as June 2026. Free also has one administrator and no AI. A custom domain, branding removal, user segmentation, and scheduled changelog posts all start on Business, at $38.
The AI has a balance
Starter: 1,000 credits a month; Sleekplan's own four-check example costs 120
Sleekplan's AI runs on credits: none on Free, 1,000 a month on Starter, 5,000 on Business. Each action has a price: a duplicate check is 50, spam detection 20, a summary 10, and Sleekplan's own example of running four checks on one post comes to 120. At that rate Starter's allowance covers eight posts a month. When the balance hits zero the automations stop and Sleekmate, its AI assistant, stops taking messages until the next month's allowance or a 10,000-credit block, whose price is only shown inside billing. Sleekmate works for your team: it searches, summarizes, merges, and drafts. Sleekplan doesn't describe it as something your customers can talk to.

Sleekplan has grown into a feedback board, a roadmap, a changelog, CSAT and NPS, custom surveys, internal documents, components, internal statuses, topic analytics, a 22-metric dashboard, and an AI assistant with skills, schedules, and connectors. Each of those has settings. A G2 reviewer in November 2022 called the interface “clean and user-friendly” and still listed setup as the downside, and a G2 reviewer in August 2021 wrote that “some settings are sometimes difficult to find.”
What UserJot does instead.

Your board lives at its own URL, where anyone can browse, post, and vote. When you mark a request Planned or In Progress, it moves to that column on the public roadmap, votes attached, on Free as well as the paid plans. Every status change emails everyone who posted, voted, or commented. Mark one Completed and the people who asked for it find out. The changelog post links back to the requests you closed.
The widget brings the same board into your app, with Feedback, Roadmap, Updates, Notifications, and, with Conversations on, Messages in one panel. On Starter and up, people can post, vote, and comment without an account, and moderation holds new posts for your approval.
