Juno and feedback requests
Conversations feed the same feedback loop as your boards. When a customer mentions a feature idea or a problem in chat, Juno can search your public boards for an existing request, show it to the customer, and file, vote, or follow on their behalf.
The important part: Juno always asks first. It shows the customer a card with the request, and only acts after the customer confirms in their next message. Nothing is filed silently.
Turn it on or off
The switch lives under Settings โ
Conversations โJuno AI , in the Capabilities section, labeled Feedback requests. It is on by default.
What the customer experiences
A typical flow in the widget:
- The customer describes something they want.
- Juno searches your public boards. If a matching request exists, it shows a card for it; if not, it drafts a new one and shows that.
- The customer says yes, and Juno posts the request, adds their vote, or follows the existing one. The card updates to show what happened, and the customer can open the request right inside the widget.
If your workspace has moderation on, requests Juno files go through the same review queue as any other submission. The card reads Posted ยท Pending review and cannot be opened until the request is public.
See moderate content for how your team reviews requests and chooses whether to publish them.
Who can do what
Signed-in and identified users get the full flow: create, vote, and follow. Anonymous visitors can have Juno create a request only if guest posting is enabled for your workspace, and they cannot vote or follow, same as guests everywhere else in UserJot.
This works in widget chat only. Email conversations do not get feedback cards.
Limits
To keep boards clean, Juno files at most 3 new requests per conversation and 25 per workspace per day, plus 10 votes and follows combined per conversation.
Where you see the links
In the dashboard, linked requests appear in the conversation's details panel under Linked requests, each labeled Filed, Shown, Voted, or Following. Linking happens through Juno during the conversation; there is no separate attach control in the inbox.
