Teach Juno your product
Juno only answers from knowledge you give it. That is a feature: it means Juno never improvises pricing, limits, or instructions. This page is where you build that knowledge.
Find it under Settings →
Conversations →Juno AI →Manage knowledge.
Add a source
Select Add source and pick one of two kinds:
- Upload file takes Markdown, plain text, HTML, JSON, or YAML, up to 10 MB. Good for internal FAQs, policies, or docs that are not public.
- Crawl website takes a URL and reads that page plus the public pages
beneath it. Crawls stay within the path you give: crawling
docs.example.comcovers your docs, not your blog or homepage.
During the beta, a workspace can have up to 5 sources.
Publishing: when Juno actually starts using it
Adding a source does not change Juno's answers instantly. Sources are processed and then published as one package, and the page shows where things stand: Updating Juno… while a new version processes, then Knowledge is live when Juno is answering from it.
While an update is in flight, Juno keeps using the current version. Nothing breaks mid-conversation.
Keep sources current
Each source has a menu for maintenance:
- Replace file… uploads a new version of a file. Juno keeps using the old one until the update finishes.
- Recrawl refreshes a website source.
- Pause takes a source out of Juno's knowledge without deleting it. Like any change, it queues an update, and Juno keeps answering from the current version until the new one is live.
- Remove website… or Remove file… deletes the source for good.
Coming soon: your UserJot content
The From UserJot section lists your changelog and completed feedback as future sources that will connect automatically. They are visible on the page but not feeding Juno yet.
If Juno does not know something
When a customer asks something outside the knowledge base, Juno hands the conversation to your team instead of guessing. If you see the same handoff topic repeatedly, that is your signal to add a source covering it.
