Let your OpenAI dot run customer support around the clock.

Connect UserJot and your dot answers customers in your widget, adds their votes to feature requests, and tells them when it ships.

A founder's morning chat with their dot, which has been working their UserJot inbox, feedback board, and changelog.
  1. Today 7:02 AM
  2. Morning. 14 customers wrote in overnight. I answered 11 of them and resolved their conversations.

Every day, the teams behind Tally, OpenPanel, Drizzle, SuperWhisper, Scite, Throne, Nuelink, Ghostbase, and hundreds of others talk with their customers in UserJot.

Customers write in right inside your app.

They never see your dot or its computer. They see your widget, your board, and your changelog, and the reply lands in the same conversation they started.

Live chat
Customers message you from inside your product, and your dot replies in that thread.
Feedback
Ideas and votes land on your board, even ones your dot hears in chat.
Roadmap
Customers can see what’s planned without writing in to ask.
What’s new
Updates show up in the widget the day they ship.

Your dot keeps the roadmap moving.

Your dot writes the post, UserJot gets it read.

Ask for a changelog post and your dot drafts it from what you completed. You publish it, and it goes up on your changelog page and inside your app.

Drafted from what shipped
Your dot writes from the requests you completed and links each one to the post.
In the widget
The widget’s button shows the new post’s title, so customers see it in your product.
Emailed to every voter
Everyone who voted on a request in the post hears it shipped.

What your dot can do in UserJot.

Each of these uses tools on the UserJot MCP server, which your dot calls with your API token.

Answer customers
Reads each new conversation and its history, then replies in the same thread.
Resolve or hand off
Closes what it answered. What it shouldn’t decide goes to you, with a private note.
Log feature requests
When someone asks for a feature, it finds the request on your board and adds their vote.
Move the roadmap
Changes a request’s status, and your roadmap shows it as planned or in progress.
Draft the changelog
Writes a post from what you completed and links the requests it answers.
Know who’s asking
Looks up the customer and their company before it answers.

Set up in a few minutes.

  1. 1

    Connect UserJot

Create an API token in UserJot under Settings, then API Tokens. In ChatGPT, connect UserJot as an app your dot can use, with the MCP server address below and that token.

  2. 2

    Write its rules

In Custom Rules, choose what your dot does alone and what it asks you first. You might let it answer how-to questions and have it ask before anything about billing.

  3. 3

    Tell it what to watch

Ask your dot to keep checking the UserJot inbox and answer what comes in. If Juno answers your chat today, turn it off so new conversations come to your team, or keep it on and have your dot take the ones Juno hands off.

Questions, answered.

Dots are always-on agents in ChatGPT, announced by OpenAI on September 29, 2026. Each one has its own cloud computer and browser, works with the apps you connect, and keeps going after you close the chat. They're rolling out to ChatGPT Pro and Business Premium first.

Your customers are already talking.

Give them one place to ask, and give your team and your agents one place to answer.
