  2. Routine ran: check the UserJot inbox

Every day, the teams behind Tally, OpenPanel, Drizzle, SuperWhisper, Scite, Throne, Nuelink, Ghostbase, and hundreds of others talk with their customers in UserJot.

Customers write in where they already are.

Your Grok Bot works in the cloud. Customers only see your widget, board, and changelog, and its replies land in their conversation.

Live chat
Customers message you in your product, and your Grok Bot replies there.
Feedback
Ideas and votes go on your board, including ones your Bot hears in chat.
Roadmap
What’s planned is public, so customers stop writing in to ask.
What’s new
New posts show up in the widget the day you publish.

One request, handled start to finish.

Your Bot drafts it, your customers read it.

Ask for the changelog and your Bot writes it from what you completed. Publish it, and it’s on your changelog page and inside your app the same day.

Written from real work
Your Bot drafts from the requests you completed and links each one.
Publishing stays with you
Put publishing on Ask first, and the Bot waits for your go-ahead.
Every voter hears
Everyone who voted on a request in the post gets an email.

Everything your Bot can do in UserJot.

Your Bot calls the UserJot MCP server with the token in its Secrets. These are the jobs it covers.

Work the inbox
Reads new conversations and the customer’s history, then replies in the thread.
Close or escalate
Resolves what it answered, and assigns you the rest with a private note.
File requests
Matches what a customer asks for to a request on your board and adds their vote.
Update the roadmap
Moves requests to Planned, In Progress, or Completed when you tell it.
Draft the changelog
Writes the post from what you completed and links the requests it covers.
Look people up
Checks who the customer is and which company they’re with before replying.

Set up in a few minutes.

  1. 1

    Give it your UserJot token

Create an API token in UserJot under Settings, then API Tokens. Save it in your Bot’s Secrets as USERJOT_API_TOKEN, then tell the Bot to use the UserJot MCP server with it.

  2. 2

    Give it a routine

Ask your Bot to check the UserJot inbox on a schedule and answer what comes in. It saves that as a routine, which runs in the cloud with your laptop closed.

  3. 3

    Add Ask first rules

Put billing, refunds, and anything else you want to decide behind Ask first. If Juno answers your chat today, turn it off so new conversations come to your team, or have your Bot take the ones Juno hands off.

Questions, answered.

Grok Bot gives you AI teammates, called Bots, that each have a job. Bots work on a cloud computer with a browser, files, and a terminal, keep going while your laptop is closed, and come back when something needs your approval. It's included with paid Cursor plans, Cursor Teams, and SuperGrok subscriptions.

Your customers are already talking.

Give them one place to ask, and give your team and your agents one place to answer.
