Customize Your Branding
UserJot allows you to customize your project’s branding to match your company’s identity. Here’s how to make these changes and some best practices:
1. Project Name
To change your project name:
- Go to the Branding settings in your dashboard
- Find the “Project Name” field
- Enter your desired project name
Best practices:
- Keep it short and memorable
- Use your product or company name
- Avoid special characters or excessive capitalization
2. Logo
To update your logo:
- In the Branding settings, locate the Logo section
- Click “Upload” and select your logo file
Best practices:
- Use a high-quality PNG or SVG file
- Ensure the logo is clear when scaled down
- Use a square or horizontal logo for best results
- Keep the file size under 1MB for faster loading
3. Favicon
To set your favicon:
- Find the Favicon section in Branding settings
- Click “Upload” and choose your favicon file
Best practices:
- Use a simple, recognizable design
- Create a 16x16 pixel version for best compatibility
- Use PNG format for transparency support
- Ensure it’s visible on both light and dark backgrounds
4. Primary Color
To change your primary color:
- In the Branding settings, find the Primary Color section
- Use the color picker or enter a hex code
Best practices:
- Choose a color that matches your brand
- Ensure good contrast with white text
- Test the color in light and dark modes
- Consider accessibility for color-blind users
